HOW IS BALTOIL OPERATING?
Production
Baltoil AS is a 27-year old Estonian company, specialized in mixing and packaging of oils and chemicals. We are constantly searching for new partners to prepare the private label products. We offer professional and high quality service for small as well as large production lots.
We continuously develop new products in cooperation with the Institute of Physics and Chemistry of Tartu University and leading European producers of chemicals and additives. The use of ecological packaging materials is our specialty. For example, we offer 3 l film package that is available on display pallet.
We can prepare and package the products of different size: 40 ml, 65 ml, 100 ml, 200 ml, 500 ml, 1 l, 1.5 l, 2.5 l, 3 l, 4 l, 5 l, 10 l, 20 l, 200 l, 1000 l.
Our packaging capacity is more than 10 million litres a year.

The productivity of our most recent filling line acquired in 2017 is over 10 000 litres of liquid per hour
We have 500 000 litre container park and mixing containers with the total capacity of over 100 000 l.
Our production technology has been updated and mostly fully automated.
Our well-educated specialists perform constant product development and quality control in the modern laboratory.
The products have certificates and safety data sheets, being in compliance with REACH 2018 requirements.
